  •  

    Preparations:

    • Copy the Selection files to the Selections folder of PSP
    • Open the Mask in PSP and minimize to tray
    • Save all other files to a folder of your choice
    • Double click on the Font (ttf) to open. Minimize to tray, you can use it now in PSP.
    Note: If you are using PSP 13 or higher in combination with Windows 7 you need to copy the font to the Font Folder of PSP

    From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image - Mirror & Image -  Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I have written a tutorial you can find it HERE. From PSP 17 the option is back

    Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

    • Set your Foregroundcolor to #a3bfd5

    • Set your Backgroundcolor to #3f7cad

    Color Palette: Set your Foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) - Style: Radial

    Open a new transparent image of 800 x 500 px

    Fill with the Gradient

    Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur



    Effects - Plugins - VM Distortion - Tiles a GoGo



    Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

    Effects - Geoemetric Effects - Skew

    Color Palette: Click on the Gradient and tick the box to invert it



    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Fill the Layer with the Gradient

    Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Bkg Designers -sf10 II - Hinzeberg's Mirror 01



    Effects - Plugins - Alphaworks - Horizontal FadeOut



    Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling



    Layer Palette: Set the Blend Mode of this Layer to Hard Light

    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Selections - Load/Save - Load Selection From Disk "mz_sel_Mina@"



    Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin - Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Backlight - Preset "mz_mina"

     Keep Selected

    Color Palette: Change the Foreground Gradient back to Color #ffffff

    Fill the Selection with the Foregroundcolor

    Selections - Modify - Contract - 3px   Keep Selected

    Color Palette: Change the Foregroundcolor to #a3bfd5

    Prepare a Foreground/Background Gradient Style: Sunburst



    Fill the Selection with the Gradient  

    Keep Selected

    Open Tube "mina@.mistpaesaggio.marino3.6.15"

    Edit - Copy

    Edit - Paste - Paste Into Selection   Keep Selected

    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout



    Selections - Select None

    Layers - Merge - Merge Down 

    Color palette: Change the Foreground back to Color and select #ffffff

    Layer Palette: Click on the Middle Layer (Raster 2)

    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Fill the Layer with the Foregroundcolor

    Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image - "LF-Mask-49"



    Layers - Merge - Merge Group

    Layer Palette: Set the Blend Mode of this Layer to Soft Light

    Effects - Image Effects - Offset

    Selection Tool: Custom Selection



    Flood Fill Tool:  Set the Opacity to 30 on the Toolbar



    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Fill the Selection with #ffffff

    Selections - Modify - Select Selection borders



    Flood Fill Tool: Set the Opacity back to 100

    Fill the Selection with #ffffff

    Selections - Select None

    Image: Rotate - Right  (For older versions of PSP -Rotate Clockwise 90)

    Color Palette: Close the Foregroundcolor

    Text Tool:



    On your work image Type Mina or your own text

    Note: If you use your own Text you made need to reduce the Font size to fit

    Objects - Align - Horizontal Center  (Horz.Center in Canvas in older versions of PSP)

    Layers - Convert to Raster Layer

    Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow



    Image - Rotate - Left  (For older versions of PSP Image - Rotate - Counter Clockwise 90)

    Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin - Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow

    Flood Fill Tool:   Raise the Opacity back to 100 on the Toolbar

    Layers - New Raster Layer

    Selections - Load/Save - Load Selection From Disk "mz_sel_mina@1"



    Fill the Selection with the Backgroundcolor  

    Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin - Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Glass - Preset - Clear

    Selections - Select None

    Layers - Duplicate

    Effects - Image Effects - Offset

    Open Tube "Corner" - colorize to match your Backgroundcolor

    Edit - Copy

    On your work image - Edit - Paste - Paste as New Layer

    Move to the Top Left Corner like this:



    Effects - Plugins - Simple - Top Left Mirror

    Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow

    Edit - Copy

    On your work image - Edit - Paste - Paste As New Layer

    Image - Resize - 85% - Resize All Layers not checked

    Move down to the bottom edge of your work

    Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow



    Image - Add Borders - Symmetric checked - 1px - #3f7cad

    Optional: Image - Resize - Width 900 Pixels - Resize all Layers checked

    Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you're done!
