  • Preparation
    Foreground color = WHITE, and close the background

    Feel free to change the opacity and blend mode from the layers if you work with different colors. You can colorize if necessary

  1. File - New - New Image

  4. Edit - Copy
    Edit - Paste into selection on your working area and deselect afterwards
  5. Effects - Distortion Effects - wind with these settings:
